'My experience left a lot to be desired. I booked this hotel to spend the last night of our trip in Albania and celebrate my partner's birthday. It is advertised as a "spa" hotel, but neither Expedia nor the hotel website mention that the water facilities are seasonal and only open in the summer. Visiting in April, the included "spa" experience was limited to a single sauna. While one receptionist was very kind, the rest of the staff was unhelpful. Our AC didn't work, and we were told "nothing...

'This was a great hotel to stay at on the last day of our trip to Albania. It is close to the airport, and the pool was great to cool down in after the drive. It was still before the busy season and the hotel was almost all to ourselves. We are dinner as well as breakfast at the restaurant and the food was very good.'

'Aktuell wird in einigen Bereichen renoviert, daher etwas Farbgeruch in einigen Bereichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück fanden wir eher durchschnittlich.'

'The hotel was lovely, clean and well maintained. The food was excellent. It was disappointing that the spa was not open during our stay. While the staff were helpful, a more welcoming and friendly approach-such as smiling by some of the staff would have enhanced the whole experience.'

'Everything was fine, not perfect but good. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of noise I heard while sleeping from bothering the road closeby and also some other guests, so I would say it's quit noisy but overal, especially with the place, view and nice staff, I would say it's worthit'

'Schone kamer, heerlijke bedden, alleen de gang waar de kamers aan liggen is heel gehorig. Je hoorde de receptie telefoon in de kamer galmen. Verder zeker aan te raden zo vlakbij het vliegveld '

'Great location, tidy but old rooms, nice pool, breakfast was good but very basic. Friendly staff. Bartenders at the pool are not really used to work, forget orders, even when it’s not busy. A lot of locals at the pool during weekends, extremely loud music at the pool (dj). '

'Geweldig verblijf , heerlijk eten, in de watten gelegd door personeel. Jongens in restaurant waren top en zeer gastvrij . Evenals receptie personeel . Jaccuzi mag n schoonmaak beurt hebben dat was echt minder. Zullen zeker dit hotel aanbevelen.'
