'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'

'The hotel was updated, nice, clean, staff friendly. They make effort, just miss the mark on breakfast. Eggs (weird crumbles; very uniform like squares) sausage (sponge like) & waffles were the only hot food(identical all 3 mornings) coffee is instant out of a machine. We “ate” the first morning then skipped. Some cereal & muffins, bread for toast, oranges, apples, and some yogurt in an open cooler. OJ warm on the counter and milk in a pitcher too. 'We rented the room with the hottub in it for the weekend booked a month in advance. The jets did not work on the hottub. Notified the staff they tried to fix it right away so I appreciate that part. Ultimately couldn't get the jets to work. After some back and forth over what the price should be for a room with a hottub that does not work they finally hit a fair price. So overall non working hottub was crap but price was fair in the end. Staff was great. '

'This hotel is the best! I stayed two nights, it was as supposed to be one night, but a situation arose and they accommodated my need for another night with ease and professional hospitality. I will not hesitate to stay with them again. The staff is amazing!'

'Everything was perfect! me and my kids enjoyed our stay, my kids especially the pool I would say, everyone was very nice and very helpfully. I forgot our swimming clothes in the dryer after we checked out and the staff was very sweet in holding our clothes until we were able to get back to pick up, I loved our stay and will continue to stay here every time we come to the area!'
