'The rates were great. The location and the building felt safe and secure. Check in was easy, the building and the room were clean. The staff was accommodating for our unique check-in and check-out needs. The space worked well for our family. Walmart was very close by for convenient shopping, and we weren't far from additional shopping and restaurants. '

'This rental is perfect for evening events in Raleigh if you’re coming from out of town and don’t want to drive home! This was our second stay, and it was just as good as the first time around. We appreciated the thoughtful complimentary drinks and snacks, the bed was comfy, and the sound machine made for a restful night of sleep. We will definitely be back!'

'The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. '

'My husband and I were in town for my daughter and now son in laws wedding. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It was gorgeous inside and extremely comfortable!Anything you need in downtown Raleigh is walkable and easily drivable in minutes. Stop scrolling and book!!'

'Stayed one night with my wife and five children on the way to the beach.Property was perfect for us. There was plenty to do and see nearby. Im not sure about the additional app they want you to use, but overall the owners were easy to work with.'

' The house was clean, plenty of bath towels, and the pool was clean. The owner was very prompt about getting back to me, when I had questions. We were not there a while lot but a very quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds to lay out heads for some good sleep. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Couldn’t give a zero. I walked in and saw how bad it was, walked out and gave the key back to the front desk. I’ve never stayed in the ghetto but this “suite” is a great example…. Drawer faces in the kitchen were missing, furniture was nasty, the room smelled bad.. the pictures were false advertising. The refund ability was also false advertising. I asked for a refund 8/13 immediately after I saw it. Advertised as 100% 8/13 and 50% 8/14. Refund was refused VRBO agent said nothing she...

'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Raleigh rental! Everything was exactly as described—immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with convenient designated parking right out back. We especially appreciated the little bit of history shared about the home—it’s a 100-year-old property, and those details added such a lovely, personal touch. You can really tell the hosts care about the space. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'The overall place was super cute and in a nice neighborhood. The only problem was the fridge didn't work, and the property manager (as of the time of this review) hasn't answered me back yet when I texted about it on Friday. I also tried to call, but they didn't answer. Course, I called at around 10pm, so they may have been asleep. I did leave a message and have yet to hear back.'

"Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon."
