'Great and very helpfull staff. Also, massive shoutout for being one of the few hotels who remained affordable during the Back to the Beginning concert weekend! My room was all the way in the back end of the hotel. The gentleman in charge at the reception offered to walk with me to my room. He insisted I would get lost if he didn't, and he was right. 'My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.'

'Finally got a decent upgrade as a Platinum member. Friendly and helpful receptionists gave us Suite 178 which had an excellent sitting area with a bath in it (?), kitchen area and then a very comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom with another bath and a large walk in shower. '
