'Hotel staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Our suite exceeded our expectations- very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel lobby and breakfast area fall decor was warm and inviting. Would stay here again if we return to the Pittsburgh area.'

'Staff was friendly. The beds were comfy, air conditioner worked great. Set up in room was great with a kitchen area. (Bring your own coffee pot , cups and plates.. those are not in the room) but there was always coffee down in the lobby! Room was pretty clean.. i did notice our floor could have been vacuumed better.. but over all.. would definitely stay there again. Great rates!! '

'Second time booking here and front desk was courteous and helpful ( especially have me a pick of rooms due to the elevator was down- which they fixed later that night) Cleanliness was very good, the bathroom walls looked a little dingy with some stains on it, it was a small detail. I appreciated their cleaning of their ice machine ( that is a sticking point with most hotels I've stayed in). Parking some nights is difficult due to lack of space but love the convenience of being near the...

'The mattress, sheets and pillows made for a perfect night of rest and relaxation. Room was clean but housekeeping missed replacing the soap and one basket of garbage. Both were quickly resolved. Definitely recommend. '
