'Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. I attempted to move the next morning before heading out for the day and again no rooms were available. I asked to be texted with availability, that did not happen. I had a...

'The management was awful and they contacted me about giving me a refund for time i told them when i checked in i wouldn't be there for. I have still not received anything not even a email after accusing me of stealing the room keys. I am on camera and in full view giving the keys back when i checked out while took over an hour '

'Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling.'

We had breakfast and the lady in charge of it was on it, refilling and cleaning everything, we saw she went above and beyond with grabbing the choc. 'Staff acted like they could care less and didn’t want to be there. I didn’t exactly feel comfortable in the shower…it’s just my preference. There was no bar to hang on to if you slipped at all. '

'It’s a truck stop so it’s meant to be a place just to stop and sleep. For that it serves its purpose check in was quick and simple the man was friendly enough. The bathroom was in complete shambles.
