'We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.'

'This home was perfect! Artsy, crafty and very comfortable. This was the most fully stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Our host had anniversary gifts waiting for us! (Flowers, sweets and bubbly) We love our stay and hope to return'

'This vacation home was extremely clean and located in a quiet community with a beautiful view. The house was well stocked with comfortable bedrooms and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. 'The house is beautiful and very clean, the beds comfortable and the view of the water is amazing!!!! The big screen tv was also very nice for movie nights. We had ducks and swans visiting us with their babies. Would def love to come back and stay in the future. '
