'The fitness room was closed because of construction. I believe that should’ve been disclosed in your option page when booking a room. It’s a very least there should be a discount rate because of the construction and the fact that the fitness room was unavailable to travelers. We sit in the car for over 10 hours and traffic and stress, and we look forward to coming and relieving some of that stress in the fitness room of a hotel. When it’s closed, it’s a negative effect on I us as travelers.'

'Under significant renovation, pool closed and construction dust and debris all over the breakfast area, unhealthy and unsanitary. We paid extra for the pool which has obviously been closed for a while. We also picked a hotel that offered breakfast which we couldn’t risk eating. Man at the front desk could care less and told us if we had any problems with the pool closed to call Expedia. This hotel should not be offered on Expedia.'

'Very cute cabin. Just what we needed for our annual trip to drive to mtns to pick out and purchase a Christmas tree from a choose and cut tree farm, plus get some xmas shopping done in West Jefferson NC and drove to the town of Sparta and also drove through stone mtn state park to see Widow falls and seen some deer also. it was a bit cold so we did not use the grill but the grill was actually cleaner than most other cabins we have been in but could use new burner covers and grease from bottom...
