'We've been coming here for years now before the process started going up and we still love it.
Pros: the room super spacious for our family of 4, the pool water was warm on the last day of our start, the food at restaurant was amazing and the staff was all super nice and respectful.
The cons: the rooms need updating, shower faucet was loose and moving around enough that my 2 year old kept messing with it. The 1st night we asked for a pack n play bed for our baby and more pillows and blankets ...

'It was an awful experience. Got all the way to The Polynesian Hotel and no one was there. There was a note on the lobby door stating all reservations have been moved to the Atlantis Hotel. I was never informed of any such changes. I was receiving emails stating they couldn't wait to see us and check in was at 4pm.
