This little house is not as abandoned as one would assume. We lurked and took pictures until the owner, who owned the only other house in sight, found us. Pin not right.

Comfortable, lots of space.
Inside is nice, good main room space, two fridges, nice stuff for cooking. Lots of comfy beds. Outside is nice with hot tub, grill, firepit, lake and dock and lake stuff. Owners are nice and hands off with clear communication.
