'Upon check-in we found the property to be spotless. It appears to be well maintained and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great.The water around the dock is very shallow, which makes it a good spot to wade or swim....but not for fishing. We did not realize until we arrived that the entire lake is pretty shallow (about 20 feet maximum depth). 'The home was in a quiet/safe location, extremely clean and comfortable. We loved sipping coffee on the front porch in the morning and our kids enjoyed the toys/games provided. 'This is a beautiful home, very roomy and comfortable in a nice safe neighborhood. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and not too far of a drive to the Road America track. Pretty much anything you could need was provided, including some unexpected amenities from our host, Carol. Highly recommended!'

'My husband, 7 year old son, and I stayed here for a long weekend. The location was excellent! We were 2 blocks from the public beach and the playgrounds. The house had plenty of space and we appreciated the closet full of games for my son. We will stay here again.'

'We were in town with family from several parts of the country to watch the motorcycles at Road America. This home was a perfect option. Very close to the track. Easy for family dinners and dinners together. We got to enjoy fishing, fire pit and water toys when not at the races. And the sunset was gorg!'

'Stunning views from multiple vantage points both indoors and out! Wonderful private bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious living areas which provide large and small group visits. 'Water frontage was great. Kids had a blast on the water. Paddle boat was so much fun and the kayak, fire pit, fireplace and the little beach area were great, huge private lot with deer, turtles and abundant wildlife and the sandbar in the middle of the lake was fantastic. 'Our family loved staying here! The highlight was beach access. Although it wasn't right on the beach, access was only a couple of minutes away walking to the end of the street and down a very short public path. Couldn't have asked for a better beach to hang out at throughout the stay. The rental had a homey-vibe, but was very well kept and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive before and during the trip.'

'The location was superb! This location's kitchen is stocked very well! The owners have thought of almost everything. My dad always brings a kitchen bin (and sometimes the kitchen sink!), but we hardly even needed to touch it the entire week we stayed there. The stairs are steep, as advertised, but my dad was still able to get up and down fairly well. The bedrooms are clean and cozy with comfortable beds. We loved having our coffee in the front porch, where our pups enjoyed people watching....
