'Convenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast. '

'First off, our check-in staff member was excellent. He was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome from the very start. The room was quiet and very clean. We loved having the laundry machines available for our use. The breakfast choices were a good variety, especially having oat milk for our dairy-free family member. We would definitely stay here again.'
