'Convenient location to everything in downtown Appleton. The rooms are nice and quiet even though the hotel is on a main street and the parking is convenient. The only things that could improve the hotel for the price would be if the hotel identifies a new spa operator and repairs the whirlpool and if they offered water and breakfast. '

'Enjoyed the stay for one night in standard room and the bed was comfortable. Nice pulsating shower. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and corned beef hash. Other options of waffles, cereal, muffins, etc. The only issue was strong chlorine smell in hot tub. '
