'We were in town for a family wedding and I reserved 3 rooms for us. My family showed up to check in and they were denied access because I was not physically present (I was coming later). Even though my wife is included in my profile they could not get in. My wife, daughter, and daughter-in-law had copies of the reservation but they would not honor them.
The desk personal (Wendy) was very rude and would not help. I talked to her on the phone and she said she would not help.

'We asked for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told they would call us when our room was available. We went to lunch, came back and still not ready. Ending up getting ready for event in the lobby and having access to our room an hour after regular check in time. '

'Upon check-in, I noticed a couple of towels that had black stains on them as well as a couple of stains on the bath tub. However, after voicing the complaint to the front desk, the young Hispanic (maybe) lady that was at the front was able to resolve that issues within seconds! It was amazing how fast I was able to get new linen since normally that takes about 24hrs. She was a blessing. I’m mostly impressed with that interaction over any thing else. Thank you again, ma’am!'

'Upon check in the lady at the front desk added a $50 pet fee that was not told to me on website and I did not see a place to let them know there was a small dog. She stated she could not do anything because I went through Expedia. I had to accept the fee because we were from out of town and had no options. When we entered our room there was a massive stain on the bedspread, and a dirty balled up Kleenex in the box. I requested a new room. When we got in that room there was a putrid smell....
