'The property is clean, well-maintained, super cute. We absolutely loved the uniqueness of The Gainery! The wifi signal was spotty on the main floor but better upstairs or outside--which just made us sightsee and firepit more instead lol. We would've loved a full-length mirror as avid hikers enjoying the trees, but that's a minor detail. Overall we loved this listing and would definitely stay again.'

'This place is so wonderful. Surrounded by woods, wildlife, quiet wildlife sound's. The home is very clean and feels like home. We joined friends there and a great time. If you are looking for nightlife bars and shopping not the place for you. The kitchen is very functional. It was perfect for us to meet our friends and have a wonderful weekend. '

'We loved our stay at this property! It was roomy, clean and comfortable. They have charger stations in several places, Roku tv, very nice beds and bedding and everything you could need in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat with a kitchen table that can seat 8, 3 bar stools and a patio table that seats 4. the living room has 2 big couches (one has a pull out bed) and a recliner, with a large tv and a bunch of board games available. 'We came to the area for an off-road event with our adult children who traveled to join us. The house is in a great location, quiet, beautiful property. The kitchen is great for family cooking and there are good grocery stores in nearby Ava and Seymour. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and a great open living room for socializing. Nicholas is an amazing host and it’s been a long time since we’ve had a Vrbo this good. We will absolutely stay here when we come back!'
