'Conditions of the properties were good and clean . Staff were very nice and helpful. Parking were always full late at night, but still there was always availability. On the downsize , Breakfast menu was below average with no proteins and sometimes there was no bread and bagels we an hour of breakfast left. Also personnel started cleaning the breakfast area like 10 min before finishing the breakfast hour, as if hurrying off the visitors. In addition , the day of the checkout it was raining and ...

'Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als ‘door de dag heen’. Ontbijt is redelijk, opties zijn vrij beperkt maar het volstaat wel. Op handige loopafstand vanaf Carowinds. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, overzichtelijk en goed verlicht. Manco is wel dat er geen lift is, wij hadden (op verzoek) een kamer op verdieping 2 dus dat is wel even koffers tillen. IJsmachine aanwezig, maar buiten gebruik. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en in de kamer, alsook de trap van 1 naar 2 zag er allesbehalve...

'The place is doable for a QUICK stay as far as like maybe a night or so I don't feel like it was what I expected from the pictures I seen but I also could have further researched as well. The free breakfast is ok but not many options give . The eggs are frozen. Staff that I interacted with was kind and helpful. Overall thanks for the stay uncertain if I would book again.'

'There was a lot to like about this hotel. The attached restaurant with a patio, excellent gym, park within walking distance to walk or run outside, breakfast was decent and the staff were very helpful/kind/ professional. The only downside was the highway noise but this did not affect our visit.'

'The front desk girls were snotty, but thankfully the manger was so very kind. The entire hotel was a disaster. It was gross and run down and smelled. I will never stay at this location ever. If you just don’t care and wanna sleep then do it, but from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways to the room was just gross. Felt so dirty when I left. It was definitely not worth the money at all!!'
