'Gedateerd maar redelijk schoon hotel. Op loopafstand van (S)Carowinds.'

'Carpets in hallway were very dirty. It doesn’t take much to clean carpets. There was milk split in elevator and then dried milk for the whole stay. Management should be making sure things are clean and if not then do it themselves. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and room was clean. I really just had issues with the carpets.'

'Overall the hotel was a good stay for a couple nights for the price. It was very clean and the manager was always there and very friendly. All the other hotels on this road look sketchy so I was a little nervous at first, but it ended up being fine and safe. Staff was friendly, but I thought it was a little weird how the front desk girl asked me to go back upstairs and tell the cleaning lady that I wanted our room tidied, when I requested it on my way out of the hotel for the day.

'No ice water available at breakfast, but breakfast food was very good.'

'Breakfastbis possibly the worst I ever had. I stay about 70 night per year in hotel, so have some reference. Reason not to stay here anymore.'

'We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!'

'Very convenient nice and clean hotel.'

'Book it! I loved everything about it safe and comfortable and clean. No complaints'
