'Our stay at Y Capel was wonderful! We loved the heritage associated with the building. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was awesome. 'Our large rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely view across the river to Conwy Castle. We enjoyed seeing the tide coming and going at various times of day. The food and drink we consumed at the hotel was good quality, from breakfast to a bar meal to dinner in the restaurant. All of the hotel staff we met were friendly, helpful, and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. They really added to our enjoyment.'

'This was the nicest of hotels first on arrival greeted by lovely female staff member who I now forget her name sorry ,, we stayed in room 201 it wasn’t see view but I never payed for sea view so we was happy with are room , it was spotless throughout the hotel room had all the amenities . Room was nice and warm , we had sat and Sunday night at the hotel as we was seeing stylistics just down the road , everything was on the door step also the breakfast was more then plenty lovely clean none...
