'Breakfast and location was okay. But we felt little unsafe around hotel entrance.'

'Clean, beds are great, good airco, fine breakfast'

'Problème avec facturation et mélange. Mauvais service au comptoir'

'Goed hotel'

'Heel fijn, knus hotel met lieve en behulpzame medewerkers en heerlijke koffie! Wij hadden de kleine kamer maar die was alsnog erg ruim, de airconditioning was bijzonder stil, en de douche was heerlijk.'

'This hotel is very special in many ways especially the friendly hotel staff. They went above and beyond their duty to make our stay comfortable and helped us with everything we needed to get around town including making reservations. Also, the daily housekeeping was excellent and timely. I would highly recommend this hotel!'

'The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use.'

'Studio apartment in a great location. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Do note that they don’t provide daily housekeeping but where very responsive to every need.'

'Fabulous offering for this price level. Large suite-like rooms with full kitchenette and large bed and bathrooms. Lovely pool with outside terrace, great for hot summer days; large and useful laundry room too. Location can't be beaten, 5-10 minutes walk from Gare Central (train and metro). The one big minus, costing them a full star in the rating, is the breakfast. Included in the rate is no excuse for them of delivering a continental-minus level. Continental would be fine, with eg croissants...

'De oude stad op loopafstand, congrescentrum dichtbij. Niet veel winkels in de directe omgeving, stadscentrum op loopafstand. Behulpzaam personeel. Voldoende ontbijt, alleen een beetje beperkt (bijvoorbeeld geen vleeswaren). Kamer ruim en wordt netjes bijgehouden.'

'Very close to many restaurants and galleries. If you're cruising you can walk across the street to the ship. The staff are very friendly and helpful.'

'Our room was cleaned extremely well. We had a 1 bedroom with 3 beds, queen, murphy and sofabed and all 3 beds were comfortable. Unit was generously sized with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and accessed from both the bedroom and living room. The staff was very helpful from providing us with extra nespresso pods, to giving us directions, or helping with information.'

'This BnB was super cute and in the perfect location to Centre Bell and the metro. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and the breakfast was amazing!'

'Great location. Very unique hotel with a cool bar in basement'
