'Good'

'Great atmosphere with a Japanese style garden at the front of the hotel. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Very clean and very spacious for Japanese standards. Will be coming back!'

'It’s a super convenient hotel, it’s at the top of the underground shopping mall, it close to everything.'

'small but nice.'

'The hotel is situated near Nakasu and Tenjin, so both are easily from walkable distance. Hotel is nice, clean and modern. '

'Zeer propere kamer en vriendelijk personeel, gelegen in een aangename buurt van Fukuoka'

'朝食がとても美味しかったです。'

'Great location with lots of shopping nearby. Very trendy area. Shout out to the coffee stand opposite the hotel - we visited everyday. However it's an apartment so you are expected to keep the place clean. We didn't use the loft at all because it felt flimsy and tiny for bigger sized people. We just slept on the sofa bed and created a makeshift sleeping area in the living room. Heating on the first floor is poor. We were quite cold during the winter.'

'Hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Only other thing to mention was the manga library on site which was cool.'

'Due to traveling through Asia just booked for 1 night. I was already quite fond when looking for a hotel but my expectations were met. Friendly kind and helpful staff Very nice hygienic rooms Beautiful view from the room The staff even provided me a map of Fukuoka and helped me navigate my way from the hotel to the airport and which busses to take. I wished I stayed a bit longer in the city itself but I will be back one day.'

'Heel mooi chique hotel. Goede ontvangst. Mooie kamer. De 3 bedden bleken echter te smal om ons gezin van 4 te kunnen herbergen. Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen, want te duur. Behulpzaam personeel.'

'- 2 rooms (twin and double) were very dusty and small when compared to the building we stayed in Kagoshima. - Hotel and Hotels.com website should state that parking is at Tamaya, opposite of the street and not in front of the hotel.'
