'the hotel itself is near the shopping, bars and restaurants but just enough to be entry on a side street so you can relax a little from the chaos, the only negatives i can think of is getting harassed for change everytime your outside hotel - and for 3 nights that meant almost each time i enter or leave hotel which they should really do something about, and the vegetarian options of room service should be improved a lot and should be all hours for the 5 star level of hotel'

'Nice location and the drinks in the room fridge is a really nice touch. Good value for money. However, even though the rooms are clearly available, you'll be made to wait until 1500h to check in. No compromise at all. If you are up before 0800h then ideal as very quiet at night. At 0800h the fire doors are wedged open and the doors start slamming as the cleaners start their day. Not ideal if you are on holiday and want an extended rest. But overall very good. '

'Easy to find 15 a 20 minutes from the airport easy traveling. Very clean nice hotel. Control light tempature and onlock the door with your phone. Can store your stuff and bag and leave it there if your to early to check in. They have world chargers'

'Room was lovely and clean, some marks on the walls, staff very friendly and helpful. Bar meals we purchased were good value for money, and tasty. We chose the hotel as a very short walk to Resorts world arena. Parked for free in hotel car park. Will definitely stay again.'
