'First I'll stay with communication at first I thought it was a bit excessive but I later understood why I received several communications. 'The little cabin was cozy, quiet, and just what we were looking for to get way from Columbus during 4th of July weekend. Despite it's diminutive size, the cabin had everything we needed for 4 nights. The A/C worked well and kept us cool during the very hot days. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. 'Only stayed as a couple but this place could easily accommodate a family! It was clean and beyond comfortable! Two great bathrooms and two comfortable sitting areas to watch TV. Quiet and private! Host left us cookies upon arrival, which were delicious by the way. And honestly, one of my favorite touches was her instruction not to clean upon leaving because we were on vacation. 'Perfectly located between Hocking Hills area and Jackson. Great places for hiking, including Lake Katharine. Loved the Amish bakery (thank you to the host for recommending 4-Mile Bakery) and relaxing in the hot tub. Sitting on the front porch, we heard no less than 40 different types of birds on our phone app. The host was very gracious and even brought over lanterns before a storm hit in case the electricity went out (it did not). Highly recommended. '

'My husband and I loved the cabin. It was very comfy and we appreciated all of the extras provided by the host! The outdoor space was wonderful. We enjoyed the firepit (and S'mores!), the trail to the pond, and wildlife watching. Thanks for the food for humans, deer, and birds - what a bonus :) We also enjoyed all of the Mothman memorabilia as well. I think maybe we spotted Mothman over at the edge of the woods one night at dusk! Thanks for a fantastic stay - we'd love to come back. '
