Oceanfront Elegant Huis met Speelkamer Op Schilderachtige Big Tancook Island

In aanvulling op het uitzicht op de oceaan master bedroom, met een kingsize bed, is er een uitzicht op de oceaan queen size slaapkamer en een gezellige derde slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden. Kwaliteit matrassen en beddengoed, aangevuld met zachte kussens en dekbedden zorgen voor een zeer goede nachtrust. De ruime badkamer is voorzien van side-by-side wastafels en een combinatie jet bad / douche. Ook inbegrepen is een stapeling wasmachine en droger.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust met de dingen die nodig zijn om grote vakantie maaltijden te maken. Geen weg zou worden te concurreren zonder buiten eten. Een BBQ, tafel en stoelen te maken van het panoramische uitzicht op de oceaan niets minder plezierig, of gewoon achterover liggen in een van de ligstoelen om te genieten van de nachtelijke hemel. Voor de ronde van de woning zijn er bicyles, games, dvd's, boeken en erf speelgoed.

Na een dag wandelen en sightseeing, een ontspannen bad in het bubbelbad, of ontspannen in de voorkant van het grote tv-scherm. Later kunt u marshmallows op het kampvuur aan de rand van de kust te roosteren onder een sterrenhemel nachtelijke hemel.

Geen zin om te ontspannen, er is genoeg te doen in het lagere niveau speelzaal; poolen, tafelvoetbal, air hockey, sjoelen en darten of genieten van sportevenementen of films op de flat screen TV.

Paradise Island

The property is beautiful. There were hiccups with key not being in lockbox, car having no gas for 1st day of vacation and then totally broke down when we had to transport family & belongings to Ferry but homeowner was quick to respond to everything and locals provided transport. Also property manager changed hands and we were not aware of this. Stressful start and finale but inbetween was great! This stuff happens!

Paradise!!!

We recently spent a week at this stunningly beautiful property, and I am happy to say that it was the most amazing experience that we have ever had on vacation. The owner went above and beyond to provide all the amenities one could ask for. The entire island is a delight to explore, and the people are an eclectic mix of delightful personalities. The games room was magical for my grandchildren, and us adults, which is just icing on the cake. The bottom line is that Raymond's place has it all, for people that are looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and fun place to stay, in one of the most beautiful places imaginable. We will definately be coming back!

Hi tech in a natural location

Raymond’s place is in a gorgeous setting with amazing views and has all the hi tech amenities you could want. A little out of character for the rest of the island and the Wi-Fi radiation was very strong. However, Tancook Island is a gem and I enjoyed my time there very much. The listing didn’t mention that there’s no grocery store on the island, you can’t bring your car over on the ferry, and that there’s a car included with the house rental. It was lucky I checked a map before my trip. I didn’t recieve directions to the house after my booking and it’s lucky Raymond was available by phone when I got there because I needed his help to figure out where the car was parked, and how to unlock the hood and connect the battery in order to start it, in addition to getting directions to the house. The car needed a little work, but was drivable. All in all, it was the worst of the inconveniences to experience this amazing place.

I’ve been in this house when it was owned by the prior owner. It blows me away how much it has been updated and modernized. Everything was in the rental that you could possibly need. After a seven day vacation in Tancook, I left stress-free and enjoyed the Rental immensely

Fun and Games

We loved everything about it. A lovely seaside location, amazing sunrises right from bed, great amenities (i.e. dishwasher, a/c, DVD collection, fresh white towels, etc.). The "piece de resistance" was the games room. We played darts, foosball, Ms. Pac-man, air hockey, pool, etc. My daughter, son-in-law, and two grandkids, 16 and 13, joined us for a few days and we had a blast playing all the games. The location on the island couldn't have been better, being close to the South East Beach with a sand dune going out further than we even tried to walk. The water was only waist deep and warm (for the Atlantic Ocean) because it was so shallow. We might well go back another time because we enjoyed it so much.

Big Tancook Island Home - Beautiful property, friendly islanders!

House was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Coffee on the back porch for sunrises, sea glass galore, the truck was a huge help to get belongings from the ferry dock. We had a beautiful week of weather, so we didn't utilize the movies, tv very much, but it looked well-stocked with dvds. Can't wait to return to this island treasure.

This is Atlantic Canada!

Lovely seaside home but view impeded by flotsam on shore and a large shed in line of sight. The home itself is probably the nicest dwelling on the island and, trust us, you'll never be bored inside if weather socks you in. This is one dear, quirky island well worth visiting but give it no less than a week, including off-island day trips and island exploration, to sink in. Great sunrise! Love the limo!
