'Parkeren was goed, personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt was goed maar niet heel uitgebreid. Schoonmaak van de kamer en het vervangen van handdoeken e.d. was onder de maat. We verbleven er 6 nachten en moesten na 4 dagen bijna om schoonmaak en schone handdoeken smeken.. Is een verbeterpunt!'

'Mooie rustige locatie. Ruime kamers. We verbleven een paar dagen, zodat we met de auto de omgeving konden verkennen. Speciale dank naar de ontbijtservice, ik weet haar naam niet, maar ze was vriendelijk, ze verzorgde de gasten goed en ze maakte een vriendelijke praatje.'

'Needs more maintenance'

'There is a small parking lot in front with mediocre lighting. It fills very fast. Everyone else must park on the side, in total darkness. No lighting. It does not feel safe.'

'Not the standard they are charging for, pool closes way to early and opens late staff was amazing but amenities could be better'

'The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go.'

'Our “2-room” bedroom was interesting. When we put the sofa bed open, we couldn’t use the desk or the area on the window side as it was blocked off by the bed. The mattress on that bed was very very thin and the sheets were too small. The actual bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed. The large refrigerator and freezer were great. 'I’m extreme critical of cleanliness and clutter and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. I plan to book again when we stay in Naperville.'

'Hotel stinks really bad. Service is horrible. Reception closes at 10pm, opens at 9am. Have to take out your own trash. Would not recommend. Better to look for a different hotel if you are traveling without pets.'
