'Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .'

'The house was even more beautiful than in the photos – it felt like a movie set, full of charm and character. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Being a stone house on a hill, even on hot days we could sleep well with just the fan, without opening windows. On the first day we left one open and had a couple of insect visitors, but after that no issues at all. There are also plenty of insect repellents provided, which shows how well-prepared...

'Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. 'Positiv war insbesondere der Check-in der bereits vorab online durchgeführt wurde und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings an zwei Tagen Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück im Gange, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Man wundert sich schon wenn plötzlich ein fremder auf dem Hof steht und „Krach“ macht. '

'Ausstattung super, wenn man abseits des Trubels den Urlaub genießen möchte: perfekt! Ruhige Lage inmitten von Oliven. Bemüht sauber, reibungslose Übergabe, nette Begrüßung mit Obstkorb und Wein.'
