'Es ist ein landschaftlich wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wer die Stille liebt, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Appartement ist gepflegt und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Umgebung mit terrassierten Olivenhainen ist landwirtschaftlich geprägt. Weit spazieren gehen ist nicht möglich, da Grundstücke wie vielerorts auf Mallorca eingezäunt sind. Im Winter kommt wenig Sonne auf das Grundstück. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, haben wir Sonne andernorts genossen.'

'We had some very nice November days in Can Fabiol. As everything (town, Supermarkt, train and bus station, hiking trails) is in walking distance we didn’t need a car. We ate outside under the roofed patio and enjoyed the view, surrounded by lemon orchards.'

'The location is fantastic. It is right on the boardwalk, so everything in the port is within walking distance. The views are amazing. The feeling is like being in a big, stately family house with all the comfort of a modern home. It even has an adorable little pool in the back, surrounded by flowers and trees.
