Brand new luxurious villa with bay and mountain view

Villa Vista Valentin is a beautiful, completely new (July 2022) and attractively furnished villa with beautiful sea view. The 8-person villa was designed by the well-known architect Maxim Winkelaar. In the evening you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset while sitting on the terrace or on the edge of the private pool.

When you enter the garden you immediately experience the quality and luxury. The house is built ‘on the wind’, so there is a nice cooling breeze to feel comfortable. This way you always experience the wonderful breeze on the island!

The villa is quietly located on the well-secured resort of Cas Abao. Within a few minutes' walk you are on the private beach of Cas Abao, where you can swim or snorkle. You can also walk (or take the car) to the large Cas Abao Beach. This beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. In 15 minutes you are at famous beaches such as Porto Marie, Playa Lagun and Karakter. In 25 minutes you are on the well-known pontoon bridge, in the middle of Willemstad!

Upon entering through the gate you immediately experience the quality and luxury. The house is built ‘on the wind’. This means that you always experience the wonderful breeze that provides cooling. Around the spacious swimming pool (8x3.5) are luxurious sunbeds. Next to the pool you will find one of the two palapa’s (open-sided area with a dried palm leave roof) with the outdoor kitchen with a Green Egg BBQ. This palapa place has a cozy round table with 8 chairs to sit, eat and relax.

In the second palapa, on the west side of the house, you can sit and relax on the lounge set.

Under the porch (the covered terrace) is another large dining table for 8 people and a lovely sitting area with many cushions.

The outside living room flows seamlessly into the inside living room. You can slide the doors open completely, so that it is very light in the house and you can always enjoy the view. Villa Vista Valentin has been furnished with great care. Every room has been tackled with an eye for perfection.

The living room and kitchen with coil island and bar are located in the middle part of the house. In both wings you will find 4 fully furnished bedrooms.

There are four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, wash basin, toilet and air conditioner.
The two master bedrooms have a luxurious king-size bed. From these bedrooms you can walk straight onto the terrace and take a dip in the pool. You can also use the desk

The two other bedrooms with en-suite bathroom are furnished with a queen-size bed and are located at the rear of the Villa.

In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer, as well as a safe and some games. In the outdoor storage are all cleaning supplies, space for the empty suitcases, cool boxes and some snorkeling gear.

The price includes wifi, gas, 2 m3 water per week, 20 kWh electricity per night based on 4 guests. If you exceed that amount, you will have to pay the difference as an additional cost. This is the price we pay to the electricity company.
