Villa Blenchi with pool and amazing sea view

This beautiful modern brand new sunny colored villa, which was completed in October 2023, has two spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a separate bathroom and two apartments below the ground floor, each with a separate bathroom. There are a total of eight sleeping places with four bathrooms.

There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, a very spacious utility room with all amenities and of course a beautiful living room/kitchen, also equipped with all necessary amenities such as TV, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and large American refrigerator with ice maker.

When you open the gate at the front of the house, you can see through the glass door over the swimming pool to the beautiful azure blue Caribbean sea. Upon entering the house, you enter the living room onto the very spacious porch from which you can witness the wide, fantastic 180-degree view of the sea, the cliffs and the rolling hills of San Juan. On the porch there is a comfortable lounge area, sun loungers and a spacious eight-person dining table. The master bedroom and apartments also enjoy wide views of the sea.

The entire house is built in such a way that maximum benefit is taken from the wind, all window frames are equipped with shutter windows so that the wind can pass wonderfully through the house. In addition, bedrooms and apartments have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan.

The garden has tropical plants and palm trees in which the Blenchi, Curacao’s Hummingbird, can be observed every day, as well as many other bird species such as the rupirupi bird and parakeets, with flamingos regularly flying by. At the back of the garden there is a very spacious palapa with a spacious lounge area and again a beautiful view. The palapa offers you wonderful shade during the hottest part of the day and is a nice place to have a drink in the afternoon.

The breathtaking sunset is enchanting and different every evening. It’s never boring!

Cas Abao and in particular Villa Blenchi is the place to spend your holiday and completely relax. In addition to the beautiful beaches, of which the beach of Cas Abao itself is among the most beautiful in the world, you can enjoy plenty of diving, snorkeling and recreation. Very close to the Villa there is a Diving Centre where the team organizes shore or boat diving and snorkeling tours once or twice a day. Several cute restaurants are present in the area.

The price includes gas, wifi, 5 kwh electricity a person a night, 1 m3 water a person a week and a spectaculair view over the Caribbean sea.
