Rental price excludes your water and electricity usage.
Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out and must be settled in cash with our building manager Anita before your departure.

If you want an interim cleaning, you can indicate this upon arrival. The costs for this are from 95 euros, these must be paid on site to the manager.

In order to respect everyone's sleep, there are quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00.

It is not allowed to fly drones above the resort. This is in connection with the privacy of the residents and our tenants.
