'Ac unit wasn't working properly. Got a dusty, cheap fan from the front desk, it fell over in our room and broke. We left for a concert and when we returned were told we were locked out of our room, (that has all of our stuff in it) until we paid for the fan... a bit much but we did pay the 20 bucks and got new key cards😅'

'Excellent water pressure in the shower. Too bad there was no shower curtain and the the tiles were cracked and caving in between the toilet and tub. Linens were questionably stained and the whole place had this.... Ick to it. Like the energy is just bad and the vibe is WAY off. AHS hotel type things.'

'Bed bugs. I got bitten several times and brought bed bugs home to my house now. The room also smelled bad. The elevator was filthy.'

'The staff was amazing, Especially Heather at the breakfast bar, we came down a little late one morning and the coffee was almost gone and what was left was cold so she made my wife and I a fresh pot and served it to us! Bravo! The food at the breakfast bar is MEH…should get better quality food! The only other negative I could really say is the Hotel rooms need to be freshened up and updated, they feel tired and old!'

'We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

'Old bathrooms, no fans. Are people really using the toilet/shower? Beds creaked and popped ever time you moved.'
