'Room was musty upon check in don’t think anything of it told hubby to turn on the air. We stayed at that hotel due to a wedding. After the wedding at 11pm the room wouldn’t get colder than 71. 'The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?'

'Great locatuon to the airport. First room had some issues, not cleaned properly could go into more detail, but since i brought it to the attention of the hotel, mgmt did an awesome job of resolving the issue. Hotel associate Zeny at the front desk was super nice and very helpful and made our stay very nice. We will be back soon. Casino is clean and well lite. Valet could.use extra help waited over 20 minutes and parked the car myself. Nice restraunts and Starbucks. Lots of staff to guide you...
