Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. 'We had an excellent stay at Microtel Inn & Suites. The first thing that impressed me was you can tell the staff are all pretty close knit & they seem happy with their jobs.
