'This is a gem of a place. I have stayed at the abner many times and am delighted to say it is always a treat. The hotel is warm charming sparkling clean and perfectly located with shopping and dining just outside your doors. The rooms are comfortably appointed with all the extras of a posh stay . The breakfast is a must and don’t skip the frittata. Dinner is a cozy culinary experience with an ample menu to cover many tastes but dine exquisitely. If open do not miss out on the rooftop lounge...

'Our stay was for 3 nights . The room was clean and comfortable and quiet . It is pet friendly which alot of pets where staying there I never heard any barking. Staff everyday came in and tidy up bed and added towels. Breakfast was very good. We stopped in at the bar/restaurant and had a few beverages and staff was very friendly and attentive. We will be coming back again.'

'The room smelled like urine upon entrance, the wall was covered in yellow streaks. I cleaned up with cleaning products but still can smell it. The bathtub was also quite clogged... We came to visit family spent 2 nights. Luckily the bed was ok and we only went there to sleep. Would not stay again ... We only booked it since some reviews were good after their renovations. Do not recommend to others'

'Areas were generally clean. Rooms are well worn with some feeling wallpaper, torn couches, chipped vanities, etc... Nothing that was consequential - just needs updating.'

'The staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was very clean, my only problem(s) was the room smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. The other problem was the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom it’s not healthy. It was a good stay for what it was needed for a weekend stay to spend time with family. The breakfast was good and helped to get the day started. My husband and I would definitely stay again.'
