'This Birch Bay property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. The interior is stunning, with a great open layout, and it was clear that the hosts have put a lot of thought into keeping it well-stocked and sparkling clean. We loved hanging out on the front area of the house—it was such a relaxing, lovely space that we didn't even mind the beach access not being what we expected. A perfect getaway! 'I hope this review will cover the upgraded property we got due to an unexpected water heater malfunction at the property I reserved in Birch Bay. The house was perfect for my family's gatherings to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. It was very nice that my parents could use the main floor bedroom/bathroom and not need to use the stairs for the lower and upper levels of the house.
