The actual bed was so low to the floor (there was no box spring) and the pillows were subpar, there were no additional pillows available in the room, which is normally standard in most hotels we've stayed in the past. 'The property is going thru renovation. So there were new mattresses, Lounge chairs all over the breakfast area. The pillows are a joke. The Room Keys didnt work 3 times during 1 night stay and breakfast was very ordinary.'
