'Our family is spread over the Chicagoland area and this was a very central location to Downtown and various burbs for us. Property is well kept. Minor upkeep needs did not overshadow the great layout, condition, and comfort of this home. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved both the basement rec area and the outdoor patio. The fenced in back yard was a HUGE bonus for our dogs. And above all, the owners were AMAZINGLY responsive and helpful. We will definitely seek out this property next time...

'The place was great! It's stocked with the basics, bed and couch are comfy, and everything is clean. There were only a handful of times when I heard the upstairs neighbor, but nothing too crazy. The neighborhood itself is very cute and quiet, with good food and stores within walking distance. Street parking was easy. Thank you! '

'I think the price is too high for the structure, it’s in a basement and very small place. It’s not easy to fit 3 people even though it says should accomodate 4 people '

'I forgot to put the tag on my door handle, so the housekeeper started banging on my door at 8:30am on a Saturday! Not just once, but several times so that I had to get out of bed to tell her I was still sleeping! That was incredibly rude, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Terrible. The check in guy was really nice though.'
