'Expedia stated all fees were included but there was a security deposit for my service animal. That’s not on the hotel though. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating as soon as I walked up to the desk. Very friendly encounter. The security deposit was worked out were I could put my belongings into the room and go to the atm and bring the deposit back per manager approval. 'By far, the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help me with some strange communication issues I was having when I lost my cell phone. The staff was communicative and accessible. Although I would have enjoyed a morning mini breakfast, coffee was always available and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. I would definitely stay there again! 5 stars from me!!'
