'Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant. The service at the Lyric Restaurant on the Pier was fantastic. The Saturday night Fireworks and Drone show was great. This is a great place to walk straight up into the city center, Michigan Ave. Also a great place to walk the Lake front. '

'Location is very good, near subway, a big supermarket and restaurants. Room was all we asked for. Cleaning of the room could’ve been done more frequent- it was done once in the 5 nights we stayed. They came for the 2nd time on the day we were checking out. '

'They have some weird fee structure but they are included in the Expedia price.
That being said if you are going here maybe look into the perks of their resort fee and incorporate it into your plans ahead of time.

'The location is pretty good, the subway pass by the side of the building but the noise is not too loud to do it uncomfortable in the night when you sleep, me and my friends would like to stay again when we have the opportunity to came back to Chicago '

Carpet, closet, furniture could use an update. Basic but clean bathroom. Slept well, quiet enough. No roomservice during our five nights stay, but we asked for and received fresh towels and shower supplies.'

"Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."

"Dit hotel verdient de benaming Royal en is verre va 4 sterren. Het is grote stad hotel dat weinig te bieden heeft en bijna alles uitdruk tin geld
Mijn kamer is in ruim twee dagen niet schoongemaakt , zelfs de handdoeken niet verwisseld
Het restaurant CBR serveert heel weinig en slecht eten voor een hoge prijs
De bediening vindt zich zelf geweldig maar is het niet en lijkt uit te zijn op een dikke fooi
Het hotel is sfeerloos en zeker niet mijn smaak
Ik reis veelvuldig en ruim 40 jaar wereldwijd, dit hotel zal ik niet meer kiezen en daarmede waarschijnlijk ook geen andere Sonesta hotels "

"I spent 8 nights there and it felt like home. Very safe feeling and despite the central atrium the room was very quiet thanks to the lay-out of the room. Very friendly staff making tou feel right at home and big breakfast options."

"Voor verblijf 1 nacht is het ok. Locatie was perfect voor een luchthavenhotel . Shuttlebus was goed geregeld en personeel was vriendelijk. De kamer en badkamer waren schoon maar oud , Dit geldt trouwens voor het hele hotel , die een vernieuwing nodig heeft. Minpunt was echt dat er gaten in het bedlinnen zaten. "
