'This is the second time staying here and we really enjoy it. It's within walking distance of everything we are doing. The front porch is great for people watching. And it also has a side porch with a grill if you want to grill out. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Washer and dryer was nice since we stayed for a week. Will most definitely be booking again.'

'This is a really nice unit and with absolutely amazing view. The best surprise was this unit faces East, so the sunrises are spectacular and worth getting up early to view! Echota is very conveniently located for sightseeing, grocery stores, really good restaurants and Grandfather Mountain.Paul responds quickly and patiently answered all my questions. Just know this is the bottom unit of the 3 stories so you have to go down steps, but the view is just as nice.We will definitely be coming back. '

'This was a beautiful condo with so many special touches extras that it made it feel like we were family. The location was convenient. The deck was relaxing. Beds were comfortable. I haven't stayed anywhere else that I felt like they have thought of everything that might come in handy. I would definitely recommend this lovely place.'

'Nice condo. Great location, easy to get to the complex and the unit itself. We loved the rec center with pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Very nice kitchen and bright, sunny living room. There were no bedside lamps in either bedroom, which we would have liked, but there is a record player (with records!). Very nice stay overall.'

'We found the rental to be mostly clean and as described. Be aware if you travel in the summer that it can still be warm on the mountain, and this unit doesn’t have AC. It was very stuffy for us, even with fans. There is a stale smell, probably from lack of AC. There are several updates that need to be considered by the owner. The bed is very uncomfortable. The couch is broken (it was originally a pull out but had a note on the inside that said it was broken and not to use). It is sagging and not...
