Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit accessible only by one flight of stairs. The building does not have an elevator.

Air Conditioning: An AC unit is located in the main living area. The bedrooms do not have separate AC units but are equipped with floor fans to help circulate air throughout the condo. Thanks to Blowing Rock's elevation, cool mountain evenings often make opening the windows a comfortable option. Guests who prefer very cold, climate-controlled sleeping temperatures should note that the bedrooms may be warmer during occasional summer heat waves. Opening bedroom doors can help circulate air from the main living area.

Condo Living: This condo is located within a quiet residential community that includes both full-time residents and vacation guests. While the community is generally peaceful, occasional ambient noise from neighboring units or common areas is possible. White-noise fans are provided in each bedroom for light sleepers.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to two dogs; however, HOA rules strictly limit dogs to 35 pounds or less each. This requirement is mandatory and applies to all guests without exception. If you plan to bring a dog, please ensure your pet meets the weight requirement before booking. A pet fee applies and will be added automatically when pets are included in your reservation.
