'I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

'Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good. '

'Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and...

'The room was very clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a nice touch. The kitchen area was well equipped. However, the bed was less comfortable than expected. The property was beautiful and well maintained.'

'A great location, just across the street and a short 2/3 minute walk to the beach. A ton of space for the price point 2 floors, balcony and porch. Very clean and a helpful staff. Cute and cheerful, although some signs of age. Some of our sliding doors were hazy, it was it was still completely comfortable. 'I loved the poolside cottage with full kitchen. Beach and water fantastic. Restaurant dinners were too crowded and too expensive, but the lunches can be taken at the beech under comfortable umbrellas. Breakfasts great. there was construction noise during the week, and the air conditioners were too loud, but I tuned it all out for the overall great experience.'

'The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. '
