'This is a gem of a hotel! The pick you up and bring you to the airport, besides that they have a shuttle service to the town en beach. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room is immaculately clean and comfortable, with a bed never to step out again. The have netflix with I think unlimited excess to a zillion hours of television. There is a coffee machine, microwave, fridge.
There is a restaurant on the premisses, and a big supermarket, post office and some...

'let's start with the amazing staff from the cooks, servers, house keepers Gladys, employees on the beach. The cook Ironelys made us feel right at home apart from preparing delicious menu. Petrona, Abigal, Ms.Kay, Irene at the beach restaurant and cook Alex were attentive, and made us feel at home. Employees at the beach were very helpful. Nathanial was amazing and very polite. They made our first trip to West Bay Club unforgettable we are booking our trip again at West Bay Club.'

'Our family of 4 had a relaxing time here. We got married in turks and have been to the island 5x. We prefer to rent a car and stay on the quieter side of Grace Bay. We chose WBC for the spacious rooms and kids club. My 7 year old love going there between the hours of 1-3pm when the sun was hot. '

'Rocky and his wife were awesome from the very moment my daughters and I arrived. He was helpful in guiding us to great food places and local things to do with kids. I would stay here every time even if it’s 10-15 away from all the beaches due to the peace and love he and his family shared. To those booming this property in the future please rent a car but otherwise your in great hands '

'We arrived around 2.15 pm but room did not get ready until 3.30 pm. We went to Nextdoor Baci for lunch. The staff is nice, plenty of parking,rooms are spacious, free complementary pastries, and they provide water bottles. I would highly recommend staying here for budget friendly option. 'The resort was great, driving on the unpaved road was unexpected, but that area was not one to driving at night. Blue hills and conch shack was great but in a taxi not a rented vehicle. We never saw the restaurant open but there wasn’t many families there so understandable. Renting a car was only way to go. Sea grass was all over the beach but maybe seasonal!? But snorkeling was good several hounded meters down beach. '

'We had the best time at the Shore Club! The property is absolutely stunning, everywhere you look is picture perfect. It was quiet, the staff was amazing, the beach is beautiful and quiet. We did some water sports offered at the hotel. The food was excellent, the cocktails great, we will definitely come back! '

'It was so quiet and luxurious, never had to run first thing in the morning for a beach chair. Very easy to get around, right on Grace Bay. Walkable to everything including many shops and restaurants. '

We were asked what we would like yo drink and we mentioned water for starters and they kept suggesting wine off the bat. They didn’t mention that tbey were going to give us bottled water at $7.50 for each one. When we asked about sitting outside we wish they would've mentioned the fly attack. The restaurant was also pretty dusty inside and nit well kept outside....
