'Arrival found door code would not work. Had to call 3 phone numbers to get a person. Fridge was not cleaned, little hairs around the sink vanity, no hot water in the shower, no added deadbolt inside the room which inly mattered because i had a guy knock loudly on my door every night. No room cleaning by any staff. No staff on the premise. Windows were not locked. Tv only had paid options to buy programs or movies; nothing free to watch. '

'Rented this location for my daughter and her husband as a Christmas present. They absolutely adored it. The turned it into a relaxing mid winter spa weekend. Spending Saturday at the Nordic spa and then a gourmet dinner in Collingwood. They thanked me so much after they left and said it was a beautiful place to stay.
