'Difficult to find out about shuttle because hotel is not listed on sign that includes all the other hotels'

'I was very disappointed with my stay. The room lacked basic amenities—there was no TV, no iron or ironing board, and no in-room phone to contact the front desk. There were long lines and extended wait times whenever we needed assistance.
