'It is a picturesque cottage with everything perfectly maintained. There was a great view of the lake and excellent lighting; and a forest behind the cottage. Foosball and air hockey tables in basement were great fun as was the hot tub which is on a large deck. Barbecue is conveniently near to sliding doors of cottage on a balcony. Bedrooms are spacious. Secluded, but only a brief drive to top grocery store and conveniences.'

'Loved our experience at the Blue House. The open concept living rm/kitchen was great and better than shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and the house had all we needed for our stay. The host even organized the drop-off of a space heater for one room that was a bit cold, so we were very comfortable. The only improvement would be the dishwasher, since it doesn't clean the dishes very well, even when rinsed. A few more glasses would also be helpful.'

'My wife and I booked this Cozy Rusty Cottage as our Christmas gifts to each other and had a lovely stay despite the rainy and warm weather. The hosts were very clear with communication and gave lots of instructions and rules regarding the visit. We enjoyed the hot tub, the view of the river in the backyard and the fireplace inside the cabin. It was very private, peaceful and romantic. We are interested in renting this cabin in the summer to take advantage of the water sports available!'

'We stayed at the cottage over Easter wknd and had an absolutely lovely time. It was chilly outside but so cozy and warm indoors. We got out for a few hikes and played along the river's edge, had a few campfires and enjoyed the supply of boardgames and dvds. We hope to come back again soon. Maybe next time in warmer weather so we can play in the river!'

We loved the screened in porch and had a couple of fires at the fire pit. It’s an older cottage and there isn’t much privacy as far as sound goes inside but we loved the character of the place. 'Such a beautiful cottage nestled on an open waterfront property. Very quiet area gave a sense of peace and tranquility while appreciating nature. The large ceiling to floor windows overlooked the view of the lake and property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was large and clean.
