'The first room that we were renting had ants. We had to change rooms at 11PM when we came back to the unit. We had to take a room with 2 double beds rather than the king bed that we paid for.'

'I was trying to book a room in Oshawa and somehow booked one in Lindsey the staff at the hotel were no help and the staff at Expedia were no help in me getting a refund or switching my booking to a hotel in Oshawa very poor service as far as I'm concerned I will never recommend either Expedia or travel lodge to anyone '

'The property is currently under renovation, but I'm sure once it's done it will be a very nice place to stay. There is only one person on staff at the front desk, so after hours you have to ring a bell to get service. The outside needs some work but the room I stayed in was quite nice. It's outside of town, less than 10 minutes from Lindsay, which makes it quiet. There is a nice restaurant and a couple of gas stations within walking distance. 'Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities.
