'I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.'

'Loved everything! Never done B&B and I think I was spoiled. Spacious room, Nice bed, pillows, lighting, t.v, jacuzzi tub, or shower and an eclectic mix of items and paintings/photos to look at. Also you will not get breakfast like that at a hotel. Served when YOU are ready to eat. My kind of place. Martin and Petra are kind and direct hosts. If they were all like this I would NEVER stay in a hotel again.'

'I did not have a great experience during my one night stay. I do want to mention the staff were very friendly, and the employee working that evening was doing her best to help everyone while managing the front desk alone. When I arrived, the room was warm so I turned on the A/C and left for dinner. When I returned, the room was 30°C. The front desk reset the breakers and offered a fan but the room only got hotter. I was traveling with my 9 month old baby and asked to switch rooms but was told...

'The staff were amazing and super friendly. My only real complaint is the bathtub wouldn't hold water because the drain where the plug goes was corroded so we couldn't really take any baths. The room was perfect for what we needed and the price was reasonable. Super close to alot of restaurants and the go station.'

'Unit was clean, area very quiet. Stayed for 4 days. Staff visible and accessible daily. Property Manager made a point of meeting with us to ensure all was well. Room was quite good and had a decent view from the second floor walk-around. Unfortunately, the only restaurant within walking distance had been closed out of business. Found nothing else within easy walking distance but that also made the area very quiet. I would stay there again in the future.'
