'The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake views. It’s meticulously maintained and there is no other place to stay in Muskoka with the same number of amenities and restaurant options. However, all the elevators were down in our section of the hotel making it a very difficult walk up from the lake. They say that you can call for a shuttle but there is no way to call this shuttle, no number given and the shuttles are not running all day- you need to request one. There is no pool...

'We found bed bugs in room 225 in both beds and silver fish under the covers and we had to vacate the room at midnight and drive 2hrs home because there were no other rooms available in the area. Though unapologetic, the staff did offer a full refund.'

'The restaurant on site is top-notch. We had lunch and a dinner. Both were fantastic. We were going to go into Bracebridge to find a nice restaurant and we are glad we did not. Can’t wait to go back.'
