'As a Hilton honors member, staff bent over backwards to prevent me from accessing the free breakfast that was on offer for members the night I stayed. I booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel not realizing, and so, I asked to be included in the deal despite my mistake. But it was this HUGE obstacle for a breakfast, god forbid an extra breakfast be served, give me a break, Hilton, please do better.'

'To start, the first room I was giving had a drug paraphernalia on the table and the room smell so bad old cigarettes. I was giving a second room ( front desk was helpful) it this one smell better however however you can still smell the old carpet from the "80" ( you need to change the carpet in the rooms, smells like dirty socks. The picture of the Lobby DOES NOT match the room looks... deceiving!!!... The only good thing was front desk trying to make my visit comfortable... but the most...
