'Almost everything is really good. Above all the fitness area is outstanding for hotel standards. But the showers / water pressure is horrible. At one point the shower was barely dripping. Brought it up to the staff and they were willing to help, but the problem was not fixed (not the fault of the staff)'

'Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card.
