'The host was very responsive however, the facility is a basement unit (not readily identified as such) with a very lively family living upstairs. They have children who are up very late even past 12 midnight and the family is up cleaning and vacuuming and moving furniture late at night. The floor is not sound insulated and it makes it almost impossible to sleep. I made a complaint after the second sleepless night and they host was responsive and it did get a bit better than the first two...

'Kitchen can use some cleaning, few repairs that need to be attended to,'

'Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and check-in was seamless. Host was highly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and stay here again!'

'This property was clean, comfortable and had a kitchen with enough stuff in it to cook a homemade meal. The location is excellent for groceries, with stores very close by. The hosts were warm and inviting, making the entire process smooth and easy. '

'Very clean always someone in case you need them would stay there again'

We were pleasantly surprised to have a case of bottled water delivered at check-in, which was especially thoughtful and much appreciated during the extreme heat. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, and the kitchen was nicely equipped for preparing meals. We did encounter one issue upon arrival: the sofa bed was broken, which left our group one bed short. A couple of the kitchen...

'The one bedroom apartment was located in the basement of a large home in a good neighbourhood. It was nice to have a private entrance on the side of the house. It was a cute apartment and nicely decorated. However, it was not properly cleaned. The floors weren’t swept well enough. The bathroom was definitely not clean enough. There were small hairs in the sink and the shower drain was full of hair. The toilet did not flush properly. I messaged the owner but there was no response. ...

'Blood splatter all over the house..was not at all maintained. Would like some sort of compensation.'
