'Check in process could have been smoother. Wrong number listed resulting in some legwork to get the front door code, which was supposed to be provided 48hrs prior to check-in. No candles allowed and this is not listed in the house rules letter. A little annoyed with that as candles are pretty harmless. Room was very clean. Parking is free which is great. Site is close to a lot of things. We would stay here again. This specific room is meant (and perfect) for a couple.'

'There were mice droppings everywhere. In the cabinets, in the utensil drawer, all over. This is a serious health and safety issue and we worried about getting sick. We had to wash all the dishes before using anything. There were holes in the wall, unrelated to the mice it seems (too high up the wall). I would not let any other guests book this chalet until this matter is resolved. We unfortunately were unable to find a different place to stay and stuck it out, mostly due to being uncertain if we...

'The host was great in expaining all the details regarding prior during and the end. Jaime made our stay easy going and responded my questions in timly manner. Great living space, lots of room and loved that my family and i were minutes to blue mountain. The house was in good conditions. Just wished the jets in the spa worked especially after spending time on the mountains. '

'We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was clean spacious and very comfortable. We cooked all of our meals in the well laid out kitchen and had plenty of room to relax. The proximity to the ski hill was incredible and it was also close to town for groceries. The hosts were easy to communicate with. 10/10 we will return!'
